One of the most visually beautiful aspects of the bucketwine project is the kaleidoscope of colours of the juices and ferments in the winery.  Because we use glass vessels for much of the work the wines are always visible creating a lovely rainbow effect in the room.  It’s quite amazing how juice from a white grape can be so many shades of green, yellow, gold etc.  And the rosato wines are even more spectacular hues of violet, magenta, rose and plum.
